The Training Department at Savvital plays a critical role in the comprehensive development of associates through initial, ongoing, and work-specific training. The team oversees the associates' progress, delivers training, ensures understanding, and evaluates performance throughout the Training Program. The program focuses on equipping associates with core concepts, software proficiency, and client-specific requirements. In addition to providing support during the initial period, the Training Team assists with problem-solving, inquiries, and general support requests. Furthermore, they develop customized training plans tailored to clients' needs, enabling seamless integration and successful outcomes. The department also designs and drafts training content, maintains databases, coordinates with other teams, and manages miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review the progress of multiple trainees across various stages of the training program.
- Oversee the execution of the initial training phases.
- Conduct training sessions effectively and convey their understanding of the training content to new associates.
- Utilize database and CRM expertise to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Comply with established training SOPs.
- Develop and present content on emerging industries and trends for training purposes.
- Ensure training materials remain relevant and up-to-date, identifying knowledge gaps through meticulous analysis and proposing proactive solutions.
- Promote a collaborative environment and drive initiative to enhance the training program.
- IDentify and prioritize organizational training needs in alignment with the company's strategic vision.
- Analyze challenges and implement improvements, adapting existing methods and approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training processes and develop recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in researching topics and generating engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to design and create high-quality content, visually and textually.
- Academic writing and content creation skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Expertise in documentation optimization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

- Comfortable exploring outside comfort zones to address complex problems.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time onsite role with US Hours' shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
