Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect products and processes to meet established quality standards.
- Create measurements to track improvement in products and adherence to industry standards.
- Execute quality improvement testing, develop standards, and ensure reliability and performance of production.
- Maintain high-quality products that meet customer expectations and demand by identifying and correcting errors.
- Develop and implement company processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with teams to improve product development and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data and create reports to document errors and issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain the highest level of quality and safety standards.
- Prioritize quality assurance initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or quality assurance.
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
