Key Responsibilities

  • To effectively manage day-to-day planning, operations and problem-solving to ensure high-quality service delivery as per agreed SLAs/TATs and SOP/local rules.
  • To prepare comprehensive functional and procedural requirements of business groups for the implementation of new products/initiatives on treasury systems and their interfaces with various processes and systems.
  • To have in-depth knowledge of financial market products, local settlement processes and regulatory guidelines related to treasury.
  • To assist business and work towards best practices with zero compromise on controls and regulatory guidelines.
  • To monitor and ensure that all FX, Money Market, and other Capital Market products are within approved limits.

About You

  • A graduate in finance/accounting or a related field with thorough and in-depth understanding of the Treasury function including Middle Office and Operations.
  • A minimum of relevant 8-10 years' experience in Treasury and related functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial market products, settlement methods, treasury documentation, related limits, and treasury accounting.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing work environments with the ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives.

  • Proven leadership skills, strong intellect, and a disciplined agent of change.
  • Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting.
  • Ability to apply industry best practices to design, develop and implement operational risk mitigation strategies.
  • Interpersonal skills with excellent team management, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Good project management skills and comfortable with using data to manage and optimize operations.
