The Role
You will be responsible for managing growing and strategically important customer accounts. Your primary objective is to develop strong relationships with executives and deepen your understanding of their business challenges.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a keen attention to detail. You should also be coachable, receptive to feedback, and willing to continuously improve your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep connections with executive-level clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Conduct thorough analysis to align customer pain points with our solution.
- Craft compelling product demos tailored to the unique needs of commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for customers.
- Proactively manage contract renewals to minimize churn and ensure maximum revenue retention.
- Resolve issues efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Strategically plan to meet and exceed sales goals and revenue quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably an overseas degree from US/UK/Canada) or relevant experience working with B2B customers.
- 4+ years of relevant or transferable work experience in end-to-end sales or account management environments.
- Demonstrated success in complex deal management and leadership/influencing skills to manage internal stakeholders and customer executives.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to engage decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Strong communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and overcoming objections in consultative environments.
- Proven experience managing contract renewals and mitigating churn to drive revenue retention.
