Event Planner

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing events that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage all project delivery elements within time limits while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote and publicize events.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in services and event quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Accountabilities
  • Explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Work with the Administration department for inventory management.
  • Serve as a key contact for event planning and coordination.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful events planned and executed.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • References from previous clients available upon request.
