Foster a culture of excellence, drive digital transformation in HR initiatives, and enhance talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management
- Oversee the quarterly and annual performance management process to ensure timely completion of appraisals and accurate KPI reporting.
- Maintain an up-to-date employee repository across all HR systems for data consistency.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis and generate comprehensive reports to inform management decisions on employee performance and development.
- Develop strategies to address underperformance, recognize high achievers, and manage performance improvement programs.
- Coordinate relevant surveys, review and refine performance policies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor HR KPIs, oversee their development, tracking, and monitoring to align with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data to evaluate progress, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- HR Digitalization
- Pursue digital HR projects, enhancing HCM systems and employee apps with AI-powered tools for improved user experience.
- Collaborate with IT to implement digital learning platforms and data-driven dashboards to empower HR teams and boost efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytics to support workforce planning, monitor performance trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Organizational Development Tasks
- Manage assigned organizational learning & development activities.
- Responsible for Talent Management Programs including framework designing, talent identification, execution, and management.
- Work in cross-functional teams where data/information is required for HR Process Optimization, Risk Management, and Internal Audit Observations.
- Process employee educational assistance as per policy. Ensure all HR policies are updated and uploaded on intranet systems.
- Prepare HR-OD Dashboards, monthly & quarterly review presentations, and internal communications related to HR-OD.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Experience: 4–5 years of experience preferably in HR with a focus on performance management and digitalization.
Skills: Proactive, strategic thinking, good interpersonal skills, reliable, trustworthy. Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and change management.
