Job Summary

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support our research projects. The successful candidate will assist with data collection, literature reviews, and data analysis on topics related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data collection and literature reviews on DEI topics.
  • Support ongoing research projects by organizing and maintaining research materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and research papers.
  • Engage with students, faculty, and staff to gather insights for research.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or currently enrolled in MS or PhD programs in social or management sciences.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00. First semester students can also apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
