Job Opportunity

The Client Support team is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by providing timely and effective support on our business intelligence tool.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level data, functionality and product support to clients through thorough research and analysis.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone calls, emails and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage workflows efficiently, including logging and tracking information in the appropriate systems in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Escalate complex cases to other departments following established procedures.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by implementing Lean principles in daily work.
  • Utilize diagnostic techniques to identify underlying issues beyond client requests.
  • Develop and deliver client trainings based on persona and workflow, with adequate support and oversight.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure products meet the highest standard for client experience.
  • Compile and maintain a central repository of information on product usage and client queries.
