Content Manager/Editor

A key member of our digital marketing team is sought to lead the content production process and oversee a team of content writers/producers.

This is an opportunity to grow your career in online publishing or management with international experience in digital marketing. As a Content Manager/Editor, you will take ownership of delivering quality content in a timely manner for client websites.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Ensure all content is on brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
  • Content Calendar Management: Manage a functional content calendar to manage content deliverables for assigned client websites.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of content writers to achieve short and long term content production goals.
  • Editorial Guidelines: Set editorial and style guidelines and be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.
  • Content Creation Standards: Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation.
  • Workflow Improvement: Follow and improve the workflow for requesting, creating, editing & publishing content.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical, design, and social media teams to publish content.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communications field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content writing/editing in a similar or comparable role.
  • Bonus Skill: HR related experience is a plus.
