Job Description:

The Programme Head – Law will provide academic leadership and ensure the overall coherence, planning, delivery, and evaluation of the Law programme. This includes leading curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring it meets quality assurance standards and student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction and vision for the Law programme.
  2. Lead curriculum development and enhancement to meet quality assurance standards and student needs.
  3. Collaborate with faculty, administrative teams, and students to foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
  4. Drive continuous improvement through programme review, assessment, and strategic planning.
  5. Represent the programme internally and externally, promoting its growth and reputation.

Requirements:

  1. LLM with 15+ years of academic/industry experience OR PhD in Law with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Proven expertise in programme management, curriculum development, and academic leadership.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to leadership.
  4. Commitment to student success and academic innovation.
