Retail Sales SpecialistJob Description

The Retail Sales Specialist role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. This requires building long-term relationships with existing customers and engaging with potential customers to expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and provide training and support to customers. You will also analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize sales activities to maximize revenue and achieve targets.

Sales Strategies

You will develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the customer's needs, and work closely with the sales team and management to ensure effective promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
  • Analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Sales or a related field, and proven experience in washing powder and dish wash bar sales. You will be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
