Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining a smooth onboarding process, developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth.
  • Carrying out administrative duties to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Creating clear policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees.
  • Preparing concise and informative reports on HR-related matters.
  • Overseeing and managing performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs that support employee well-being.
  • Delivering engaging presentations to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining workplace health and safety compliance standards.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to employee and workplace privacy guidelines.
  • Leading a team of junior HR professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a software development environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills to drive results.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases to efficiently manage HR functions.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
