Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, compilation, and presentation of monthly management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Accurate and timely delivery of reports is crucial to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, operational performance, and variance analysis.

WIP calculations and review will determine progress and profitability of ongoing projects, requiring collaboration with project teams to gather necessary inputs and validate financial treatment.

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, preparation of detailed monthly P&L forecasts provides visibility into expected financial performance.

Collaboration with various departments gathers budget assumptions and prepares the annual budget. Monitoring variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, insights and recommendations are provided.

Development, maintenance, and improvement of Power BI dashboards visualize financial and operational data, ensuring user-friendliness, dynamism, and tailorability to different stakeholders' needs.

Continuously updating data models and integrating new data sources ensures accurate allocation of revenues and costs to respective product categories.

Reconciliation of bank accounts monthly maintains accuracy and completeness of financial records. Discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Data cleansing activities improve data quality and consistency in financial systems.

Analyzing and reporting profitability at the product level supports strategic pricing and resource allocation. Accurate revenue and cost allocation is ensured.

Presentation of findings with insights on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers provides analytical support and financial insights to aid business decisions.
