Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Project Manager to lead high volume compliance testing projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple compliance testing projects. They will ensure timely milestones and deliverables are met while managing risks and issues effectively. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple compliance testing projects.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Track project progress using project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, project management, compliance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments. Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies is essential. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
