Project Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled project compliance specialist to oversee the development of new projects and ensure adherence to established standards.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project protocols to support owners in their finishing process.
  • Manage all unit changes of ownership (resale) and technical approvals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Update project protocols as per owner's requests if approved and aligned with Eighteen's guidelines.
  • Ensure timely technical approvals for any violations to guarantee project compliance with Eighteen's Standards.
  • Analyze and review post-handover client modification requests not included in the project protocol to keep protocols up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate records of sent and received documents to prevent loss of official documents.
  • Supervise engineering service provider work and intervene in case of client complaints and escalations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to check for site violations and ensure compliance.
  • Meet with clients to discuss requested modifications and the validity of their submitted requests.
  • Provide expert analysis on general requests and inform developers to apply them on new projects/parcels.
  • Study general modifications, including budget, process, annex, execution, and handover.
  • Offer technical support for CS, legal, community, and contracts for all projects.
  • Approve change of ownership technical approvals (post-handover) through exterior inspection of units, unless specific cases require informing/meeting with the client and stopping waivers due to violations.
  • Review and maintain permit data and official documents post-handover after receiving from the design permits department.
  • Audit the Engineering service provider (post-handover) for all services provided.
  • Create SOPs and KPIs for the engineering service provider (post-handover) to follow and audit them to ensure clients receive the best services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management and compliance.
  • Previous background in customer-facing roles and technical support.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
  • Microsoft Office Programs.
