Job Description

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders and the product team to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Ensure that these objectives are well-defined, measurable, and achievable.

  2. Utilize design tools such as Figma to create wireframes and mockups that visually represent requirements and proposed solutions. This will facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  3. Conduct thorough market and competitor research to inform product development decisions. This involves analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.

  4. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and data flows. This includes identifying pain points, areas of inefficiency, and opportunities for process improvement.

  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. Foster open communication and collaboration to avoid misalignment and ensure successful project outcomes.

  6. Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation. This involves working with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine product features.

  7. Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking product performance. This includes establishing metrics to measure success, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions.

  8. Communicate findings and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  2. At least 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a product-driven environment. This experience should demonstrate expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and product development.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and develop creative solutions is crucial.

  2. A good understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is required. Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks is preferred.

  3. Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma or similar software to create wireframes and mockups is necessary. Experience with design principles and user experience (UX) design is a plus.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
