**Quality Assurance Role:
We seek a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Quality Assurance Officer. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in quality management and excellent leadership skills to drive our quality initiatives forward.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement a quality management system that meets international standards.
- Coordinate regular quality rounds and checklists to monitor and improve services.
- Liaise with department heads to develop and implement task plans, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Execute internal audits on a timely basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee task assignments and monitoring for QA officers, optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Remain knowledgeable about quality-related legislation and compliance matters, ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve.
- Deliver timely and actionable reports on quality rounds, checklists, and audits, guiding business decisions.
- Drive the development of quality management systems projects, enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify and implement new KPIs to close departmental objectives in a timely manner.
Requirements and Experience:
- Ambitious and results-driven professional with at least 5-6 years of experience in quality management within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of achieving quality goals and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
