Marketing Specialist

Dubizzle Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to oversee the logistical aspects of branding initiatives.

About the Role:
  • This position requires exceptional coordination skills for branding activities, including company events and marketing materials.
  • You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships for timely delivery of branded merchandise, print materials, and event setups.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise between branding, finance, and internal stakeholders on project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

  • This role involves supporting the execution of company events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 0-1 year of experience in marketing coordination, branding logistics, or event management is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in communicating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders and vendors is beneficial.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving is necessary.
  • Multitasking and working under tight deadlines are key requirements for this position.
