
Dedicated Front Line Representative

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional reception and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and well-stocked front desk, greeting guests, and addressing inquiries and complaints.
Main Responsibilities:- Desk Management: Ensure the front desk is always well-stocked with necessary materials and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Guest Services: Welcoming and engaging guests, responding to their queries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Communication: Responding to phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Mail and Package Distribution: Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and other deliveries in a timely manner.
- Preparation of Outgoing Mail: Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the HR team, including documentation and scheduling job interviews.
- Office Maintenance: Maintaining office common areas, including organizing schedules and communicating with employees and guests.
- Additional Tasks: Performing additional tasks as assigned, such as travel arrangements and schedule coordination.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field (bachelor's or intermediate) with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Office Management Knowledge: Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
