Job Title: Front Office Representative

This role is ideal for a highly organized and communicative individual who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will warmly welcome them, handle phone calls, and address inquiries promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Scheduling: Manage patient scheduling and ensure punctuality.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist patients with necessary forms and documentation.
  3. Workspace Management: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  4. Communication: Provide clear and courteous communication to patients.
  5. Financial Transactions: Manage records, perform daily cash deposits, and collect payments through various methods.
  6. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with current and past patients.
  7. Clinic Operations: Collaborate with medical staff to maintain accurate patient information and optimize clinic operations.
  8. Reporting: Generate reports on stock transactions, cash sales, and new patient files.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic or similar environment.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Customer Service: Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Scheduling: Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars.
  5. Computer Software: Proficient with computer software and electronic health records.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Multitasking: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  9. Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
