We're seeking a skilled video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing, storytelling, and optimization for YouTube channels and creator content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit YouTube videos with strong pacing, engaging storytelling, and smooth transitions.
  • Work on various types of content, including faceless automation videos, branded business content, and creator channels.
  • Add captions, graphics, motion design, and thumbnails that boost CTR and retention.
  • Apply SEO knowledge: optimize intros, hooks, CTAs, and end screens for higher watch-time.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and retention editing.
  • Understanding of SEO, thumbnails, titles, and algorithm trends.
