Drive Growth and Sales Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Customer Relationship Manager to drive our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, arranging meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Promote our products and services by addressing and anticipating client objectives.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and feedback to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and mentor entry-level staff to become valuable sales professionals.
  • Manage key customer relationships to drive profitable business growth.
  • Oversight of customer relationships handled by your team, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  2. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  4. Excellent English language skills.
  5. Market knowledge and understanding.
  6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
