Key Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams of junior software engineers, collaborating closely with Q&A and DevOps.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise-grade solutions that are robust, scalable, and highly reliable.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing, updating, and owning the technical roadmap while overseeing the evolution, development, and delivery of the core platform and products.
  • You will assess complex stakeholder requirements and integrate them into the technology stack, ensuring improvements from both the technical team's and end-users' perspectives.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with hands-on capabilities in the Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).
  • A deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Architecture.
  • Working experience as a project manager or team lead.
  • A proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including the engineering team, leadership team, and other company functions.
  • Strategic thinking ability, enabling you to see the big picture.
  • A balanced systematic approach to programs of work and problem-solving.
