Production Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations of our knitted garments industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, allocating styles, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a unit of 500-700 machines, overseeing daily production and ensuring efficiency.
  2. Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation.
  3. Allocate styles across different units/lines based on available capacity.
  4. Attend pre-production meetings to discuss upcoming projects and strategies.
  5. Monitor and control manpower costs to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
