Job Description

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to oversee the overall direction and growth of our organization.

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders, including banks and auditors.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full-time Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICMAP designation with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial operations and manage a finance team.
