Finance Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

  • Manage the finance department's daily operations, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

This pivotal role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and driving strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in IFRS, strong strategic problem-solving skills, and a commitment to unwavering integrity.

Job Requirements:
  • Professional qualifications: CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent)
  • Candidates with articles from Big4 accounting firms would be preferred.
  • Expertise in IFRS, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
  • Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
