International Real Estate Investment Opportunities Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to make initial contact with potential clients in Pakistan, introducing them to our extensive range of international real estate investment opportunities.

Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, understand their investment interests, and provide information that encourages them to consider our offerings.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce and explain our international real estate investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored information about our offerings.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives to facilitate decision-making.
  • Accurately record interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with relevant information, enhancing their investment experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, enabling effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, allowing for efficient data management and analysis.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred, providing a strong foundation for success in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the development of trusting relationships with clients over the phone.
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Brief knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles is advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of the industry.
