Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who has a passion for teaching and leading by example. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, provide guidance and support to teachers, and contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. They will be able to design and deliver effective training programs, work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and maintain accurate records of training activities and teacher support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Providing guidance and support to teachers in the classroom and through coaching and mentoring
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and teacher support

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Formal teaching qualification (e.g. B.Ed, M.Ed, CELTA)
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience
  • Strong vision for achievement in subject area
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Proficiency in educational technology and resource management
