The Assistant Manager – Academic Planning will primarily be responsible for assisting the Lead - Academic Planning in ensuring smooth planning and execution of the academic year across the TCF network of schools. The role will play a key part in coordinating and developing academic calendars, booklists, and academic resource lists, designing syllabus breakups, and facilitating policy revisions and rollouts. Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in correspondence and communication with relevant stakeholders and assisting them in various activities/projects throughout the year. The contribution of the AM - Academic Planning will be crucial in upholding the standards of quality, timeliness, and efficiency set by the Academic Planning function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of assigned projects within the Academic Planning department, such as the creation of academic calendars, syllabi, policies, and book lists.
  • Provide support to the Academic Planning function in project execution.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of subject specialists to develop syllabi for various grades and subjects.
  • Review, revise, and/or create clear, coherent, and user-friendly school policies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within TCF.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on various projects related to curriculum development, student learning outcomes, testing, and similar activities.
  • Any other academics-related tasks assigned by the management.
