We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from Latin America and Spain.


Customer Service Representative Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and answering questions in Spanish.


Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in Spanish.

  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Use CRM software to track customer interactions and update records accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing) is required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer support.

  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism on the phone.
