We are seeking a talented Maintenance and Production Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, as well as developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Description

As a Maintenance and Production Planning Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize maintenance activities. This includes planning equipment maintenance in alignment with production schedules and capacity, managing asset criticality assessments, and maintaining reliability data for planning purposes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of spare parts and participating in annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning. Additionally, you will support engineering improvements and process efficiencies by developing strategies for process simplification and maintenance effectiveness.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and that equipment is running at optimal levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance/operational engineering for pharmaceutical or FMCG machines and equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
