Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for numbers, and excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in month-end reconciliation and closing
- Prepare monthly sales incentives and bonus calculations
- Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process e-payments in accordance with CEO approvals
- Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records
- Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for management review
- Process vendor payments via banking portals following invoice verification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software and online banking portals is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Shift: 9-hour shift – This position is not remote-based
