About The Role

This is a senior management position where you will lead and manage a cluster of accounts across multiple cities, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires developing new business opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for forecasting and tracking key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.

You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and collaborate on their execution. Additionally, you will track and manage the operational KPIs of the accounts, meeting with vendors on a weekly basis to discuss opportunities for growth and overall performance.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this position.
