Job Title: Financial Director

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned finance professional with expertise in developing corporate policy and strategic financial plans. They will lead the development of viable options for analysis and recommendations for approval by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with various departments to manage the department independently.
  • To prepare annual budgets outlining all categories of hospital revenues and expenses.
  • To chart out hospital supplies and expenses, and prepare procedural formats to minimize expenses.
  • To manage payroll budgets and overall control of hospital expenditures.
  • To strategically manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • To minimize hospital expenditures and overheads.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a CA/ACCA from Pakistan or abroad, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience preferably in a hospital or private sector setting. They should possess strong analytical skills, effective leadership and interpersonal abilities, and excellent computer literacy.
