Experienced PHP Developer Wanted

Mwan Mobile is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in developing IT systems against agreed scope and requirements, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and supporting the development team.

  • Develop cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on portal and premium service platforms.
  • Design, develop, and install software solutions based on requirement needs, analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Prepare and implement solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Ensure operations security by confidentially protecting information.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • More than 4 years of experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
  • Design and build advanced web applications using PHP Laravel.
  • Good experience working with SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, understanding of Gitflow workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket, and overall CI/CD process.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in open-source platforms e.g. OpenCart, WordPress, Magento.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design.
  • Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec).
  • Leverage backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
  • Lead the entire web application development life cycle from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Communicate effectively with task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules, technical, and process issues to the team.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  • Collaborate with co-developers and keep project manager informed of development effort status, serving as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
