Programme Planning and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Programme Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Results-Based Management (RBM) approach is fully integrated into our programmes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing technical support to senior management on strategic areas;
- Supporting the development of policy documents, briefs, and other strategic papers/materials;
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Programme Planning and Reporting Specialist will also be required to:
- Prepare economic analyses to guide programming in the area of inclusive and resilient economies and gender-inclusive financing;
- Lead the preparation of briefs, concept notes, and other strategic documents;
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Master's degree in Political or Social Science, Project Management, Economics, International Development Studies, Gender/Women's Studies, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in strategic programme planning, monitoring and reporting of development projects/programmes. Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
