Job description: We are seeking a sales executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company properties to prospective buyers or investors.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
