As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management team. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring project expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure they meet defined objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in facilitating project meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with planned costs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
