Overview
We are seeking an Admin Officer to join our team at our Regional Office in Lahore. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing assets, purchasing supplies, and visiting branches to resolve administrative queries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office assets
- Purchase necessary supplies
- Visit branches to resolve administrative issues
- Administer Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a resident of Lahore
- Have good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Be a skilled communicator, both written and verbal
- Be punctual and willing to take on responsibilities
