**Job Description**

The Regulatory Manager will play a critical role in shaping our organization's regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regulatory strategies and compliance programs;
  2. Maintain connections with local, state, and federal government officials;
  3. Oversee management of state and federal Universal Service funding;
  4. Filing tariffs and Product Terms and Conditions;
  5. Carrier access billing and collection;
  6. Ensure compliance with NECA and USAC regulations;
  7. Negotiate interconnection agreements with connecting carriers;
  8. Manage corporate contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management/EPM, and NISC CABS software applications. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in the communications industry or similar field are required.
