About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Business Growth Manager to drive growth in our web development portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies to drive growth in our web development portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in our web development portfolio.
  2. Manage lead generation and optimize online profiles across various platforms to maximize visibility and client engagement.
  3. Provide regular reports on platform-specific KPIs and overall performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  4. Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges within the web development sector, informing strategic decisions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies, driving business growth and expansion.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, specifically in web development.
  • A deep understanding of the web development lifecycle and industry trends, allowing you to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to build trust with clients and close deals.
  • The ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts, securing new business opportunities.
  • A data-driven approach, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (desired).
