Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our global IT team, providing technical support and solutions to our businesses across the globe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of network administrators, developers, infrastructure managers, and web designers, including recruiting and developing talent in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT team to provide efficient and effective technical support and services to our businesses
  • Manage and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Recruit new team members as needed to maintain a strong and diverse team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT services and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT leadership position
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and VoIP
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
