About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee and manage our Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of software development projects.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of all systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and challenges promptly.
- Implement and monitor DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ensure comprehensive quality assurance and testing processes are in place to guarantee high-quality software products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in software development and engineering.
- Proven track record of managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
