Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
