We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Management Assistant.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support in managing the company's financial records and transactions. This includes preparing and maintaining balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow and ensuring proper financial controls are in place.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations is a plus.
