Administrative and Financial Services Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Administrative and Financial Services professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial records, and coordinating office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, mail handling, and document preparation.
  • Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Coordinate office operations, including procurement, supply chain management, and human resources.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support the financial planning and budgeting process, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
