Call Center Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our customer service team as a Call Center Representative. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests with strong customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding expectations at every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and escalate concerns as required.

You will analyze market opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on potential clients.

  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities, utilizing negotiation skills and industry knowledge to secure agreements.
  • Nurture relationships with our existing portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships through exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will possess call center experience (6 months and above), excellent verbal and written English skills, and proficiency in computer software and typing. You should also be well organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
