Job Description

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to fill the role of Financial Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including reconciliation of payments and advances, handling bank-related matters, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of Payments and Advances: Verify and reconcile payments and advances against records and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Bank-Related Matters: Create and process transactions on the bank's online portal, handle day-to-day banking activities, and maintain communication with bank representatives.
  • Maintenance of Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers, perform data entry tasks to record financial transactions in accounting software, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
