  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Python.
    • Work with popular frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
    • Build, optimize, and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
    • Integrate third-party services and APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) for seamless data exchange.
    • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
    • Write efficient unit and integration tests, and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance by implementing best practices and monitoring.
    • Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and contribute to the growth of the development team.
    • Troubleshoot complex software issues, debug problems, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Python in production environments.
    • Expertise in at least one Python web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
    • Proficiency in databases and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
    • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery).
    • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    • Understanding of microservices architecture.
    • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue is a bonus.
