Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on formulation development, coating processes, and scale-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer in-depth technical assistance to customers on formulation development, including immediate and modified release applications.
  • Lead strategic discussions with customers to promote our products and services.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer core formulation development and provide practical troubleshooting strategies.
  • Recommend optimal colour/pigment selection based on customers' desired target markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the provision of product samples to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical laboratory or industrial pharmacy environment with emphasis on solid dosage formulation and coating.
  • Practical knowledge of fluid bed, perforated coating pans, granulators, tablet presses, encapsulates, and tablet/capsule printers.
  • Prior experience delivering technical presentations at academic or industry forums.
  • A deep understanding of pharmaceutical development and registration process.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information clearly.
